Curing Condition

0.8 parts of bisditetra, one-stage vulcanisation 120℃×15min, two-stage vulcanisation: 200℃×4h

Recommended actions:


It's suggested to utilize 0.4-0.7 parts of bisdisulfide (2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(tert-butylperoxy)hexane).


Customers should choose the most appropriate temperature and time for curing based on the product's size and method of curing.


Product packaging:


This product is not dangerous, it's instead composed of cardstock, plastic, and 10 kilograms per bag, 2 bags per box.


Age of storage:


This product has a cold flow capacity, the bag should be avoided in order to not have it damaged during transportation or utilization.


Keep in a cool, dry environment with a shelf life of 12 months.
