EPDM/EPM rubber compound or precompound-EPDM/EPM
Ethylene propylene rubber is a synthetic rubber with ethylene and propylene as the main monomer, according to the different composition of the monomer in the molecular chain, there are binary ethylene propylene rubber and tertiary ethylene propylene rubber, the former is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene, to EPM, the latter is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene and a small amount of non-conjugated diolefin third monomer, to EPM. Both are collectively known as ethylene propylene rubber, or ethylene propylene rubber (EPR). It is widely used in automotive parts, waterproof materials for construction, wire and cable sheathing, heat-resistant hoses, tapes, automotive seals, lubricant additives and other products.
