Curing Condition

Add 0.7 parts of bis(2+5), one stage vulcanisation 170℃×15min, two stage vulcanisation: 200℃×4h.


Processing recommendations


Use 0.6 to 1 part bis-dipenta vulcanising agent(2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(tert-butylperoxy)hexane).

The curing temperature and the time are decided according to the size of the product and the method of curing carried out by the customer.

Product Packaging


This product is Non-dangerous goods, carton packaging, plastic bag inner packaging, ten kilograms per bag, two bags per box.

Storage period


Since this product has cold flow properties, during the transportation and in use the bag should be avoided to be broken.

Store in cool, dry place shelf life 12 months.
