1. Tires
Improve the thermal conductivity, wear resistance, tear resistance, tensile strength and other indicators of the product, and can save about 30% of the amount of zinc oxide.
2. Rubber products
①Activated zinc oxide is mainly used as reinforcing agent of rubber to make rubber have good corrosion resistance, tear resistance and elasticity and elongation.
②It is used as accelerator of rubber vulcanization process and is multifunctional rubber compounding agent, mainly used as vulcanization active agent and reinforcing agent of natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex.
③As vulcanization active agent, it is evenly distributed in the rubber material, has a large contact area with hydrogen sulfide, and has a greater opportunity to carry out interfacial reaction, plus the active zinc oxide products have the help of active substances to catalyze the conversion of zinc oxide into zinc sulfide.
④As a sulfide oxidizer, its function is to enhance the activity of accelerator, reduce the dosage of accelerator and shorten the vulcanization cycle.
⑤It can speed up the vulcanization speed, improve the thermal conductivity of vulcanized rubber, and make the vulcanization more complete.
⑥In the rubber industry, especially in the production of transparent rubber products, active zinc oxide is an excellent vulcanizing active agent.
3. Synthetic rubber
It is used as activator, vulcanization accelerator and reinforcing agent, and has coloring effect. Promote the vulcanization of rubber, activation and reinforcement, anti-aging effect, can strengthen the vulcanization process, improve the tear resistance and wear resistance of rubber products.
