2, carbon black: in the production of carbon black carbon black in the large molecules of aromatic hydrocarbons are not fully burned, the purchase of such carbon black added to the rubber rubber products will be easy to spray blue.

3, antioxidant: in the production of rubber products to add and use antioxidant according to the proportion of rubber and the color of rubber products, antioxidant add too much color too dark will also cause rubber products spray blue, so the appropriate amount of antioxidant.

4, the vulcanization temperature: because of the rubber products to add easy blue additives, in addition to the mixing temperature is too high, easy to make the vulcanized products spray blue.

Avoid rubber products spraying rainbow: the formula carbon black to be reasonable with; vulcanization system to be slightly excessive, try to add less grease, resin, stearic acid, etc.
