Exhibition Description:
The two exhibitions, RecaufairPneushow (Brazilian Tyre and Machinery Exhibition) and Expobor (Brazilian International Rubber Technology and Equipment Exhibition), are organised simultaneously by Francal FeiraseEmpreendimentos Ltd, Brazil. The first Recaufair-PneuShow was held in 1996 and has been successfully held for 12 editions and has grown to become the largest exhibition for tyres, tyre retreading and tyre recycling in Latin America. And Expobor is now the largest rubber technology and machinery exhibition in Brazil.
Brazil is the largest country in South America, with the largest area, population and gross national product, and has a strong influence on neighbouring countries, attracting a large number of manufacturers from the region to the two exhibitions. Since 2010, Brazil has overtaken Germany as the fourth largest automotive market in the world. The Brazilian automotive market is currently in a period of high growth; in addition, Brazil is also a major producer and seller of motorbikes, which are the main means of personal transport in cities where public transport is not well developed. Brazil relies on imports for 50% of its rubber raw materials, and the production of rubber products cannot meet local demand, with annual imports of US$200 million for tyres, US$96 million for conveyor belts, US$120 million for hoses and more than 12 million for v-belts. China has become the largest source of imports to Brazil.
Participation in this exhibition is a good opportunity to explore the markets of South American countries. At present, "Made in China" is going to all emerging markets in the world, and Brazil has a great potential for development.
